Valerie Bertinelli
Valerie Anne Bertinelli, born April 23, 60[2], is an American actor. In her teen years the actress became famous for her role as Barbara Cooper Royer, a role she played in the show One Day at a Time. Her performance earned her 2 Golden Globe Awards in this role for Best Actress for a Television Film, Miniseries and Series. Later, she gained fame as an adult by playing Gloria on the religious drama Touched by an Angel (2001-2003) and Melanie Moretti on the sitcom Hot in Cleveland (2010-2015) and the latter brought her a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. In 2012, she was awarded an award at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Bertinelli has hosted a variety of shows for Food Network, such as Valerie's Home Cooking (2015-2023) and Kids Baking Championship (2015-present), winning two Daytime Emmy Awards for the first show out of six nominations. In December 2021, Bertinelli was signed to a deal with Food Network.Bertinelli was the wife of music producer Eddie Van Halen from 1981 until 2007, and with whom she had one son, Wolfgang. Tom Vitale was her husband in 2011 through 2020.
