Valerie Bertinelli

Valerie Anne Bertinelli, born on April 23, 1960 was an American actor. As a teenager, Bertinelli gained fame as Barbara Cooper Royer, a character on the show One Day at a Time. The actress won the show two Golden Globe Awards in this part for the Best Actress in television Film, Miniseries and Series. She subsequently earned adult stardom in the roles of Gloria on the Christian drama Touched by an Angel (2001-2003) and Melanie Moretti on the sitcom Hot in Cleveland (2010-2015) The latter resulted in a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. In 2012 she received a star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Bertinelli's new contract with Food Network was signed in December 2021. Bertinelli's contract renewal was announced with Food Network on December 20, 2021. Bertinelli married rocker Eddie Van Halen between the years 1981-2007. She was the mother of one son with Eddie Van Halen, Wolfgang. Tom Vitale was her husband from 2011 until 2020.
